For active affiliates wanting to update their contact information, navigate to the account profile page by selecting the navigation menu > Account Settings.
Updating Contact Information
From the Account Profile page, you can update:
- Primary Contact. The name, email address, and phone number for the primary contact. This information is displayed to merchant advertisers.
- Company Information. This information is displayed to merchant advertisers. Company name is used in merchant advertiser reporting and is useful for affiliates that own and operate more then one website.
- Payment communication. This does not update your payment contact information. Please see: Tipalti Payout Walkthrough.
- See Email Subscriptions for Affiliate Partners for emails that are associated to users with access to an affiliate account.
Allow Merchant Recruitment
The Account Profile page also allows affiliates to opt out of recruitment by merchant advertisers. It is strongly recommended to opt in so new merchant advertisers can partner with you. For individuals looking to reduce emails, you can opt into merchant recruitment, but not receive recruitment emails by updating your Email Subscriptions for Affiliate Partners. Pending recruitment offers will only be viewable within the AvantLink. See Connecting With Merchant Programs for more information.
