To access your email templates, use the navigation icon and then go to Account Settings > Email Templates. Select the specific email you wish to update. Editing each template will take you to a similar message tool and it is up to you to adjust the messages accordingly.

Acceptance Email Example
The acceptance email is sent to an affiliate when a merchant approves an application into their program.
