For active merchants wanting to update contact information, they should navigate to the account profile page using the following navigation pat: menu > Account Settings. From this page, you can update the account’s Primary, Billing, and Affiliate Manager information, as well your company name.
NOTE:
- Primary contact maintains communication with AvantLink.
- Billing contact receives AvantLink invoicing information. Note: If the Billing information is blank, messages will go to the Primary contact.
- Affiliate Manager maintains communication with AvantLink affiliate partners.
