Overview
The "All Reports" page gives users access to the full Performance Reports reporting library. Reports are grouped by category and include descriptions to help users understand what each report is used for.
AvantLink will continue adding reports to this page as reports are migrated from Classic Reports to Performance Reports.
Access the All Reports Page
To access the "All Reports" page:
- Click Reports > Performance Reports via the navigation bar at the top the screen.
- After Performance Reports loads, click "All Reports" in the secondary navigation at the top of the screen.
Browse the Reporting Library
The "All Reports" page displays available reports in grouped categories. Each report includes a description to better understand the purpose of the report before opening it.
Use this page to browse reports that may not be shown in your primary Performance Reports report selector.
Manage Reports Shown in Performance Reports
The "Add to My Reports" checkbox controls whether a report appears in the report selector on the main Performance Reports page.
To add or remove a report from the main report selector:
- Check "Add to My Reports" to include the report in the Performance Reports report selector.
- Uncheck "Add to My Reports" to remove the report from the Performance Reports report selector.
Removing a report from "My Reports" does not delete the report. It only hides the report from the primary Performance Reports selector so you can keep commonly used reports easier to find.
Manage Custom Reports
Custom reports can also be managed from the "All Reports" page.
In the "My Custom Reports" section, users can:
- Edit an existing custom report
- Delete a custom report
Important Notes
- The "All Reports" page is an extension of Performance Reports.
- Reports removed from "My Reports" are still available from the "All Reports" page.
- Not all Classic Reports may be available in Performance Reports yet.
- New reports will continue to be added as AvantLink continues migrating functionality to the Arches platform.
